Shipping policy
At Language Monkey our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. If you can't find shipping rates to you yet, please just email us at sales@languagemonkeybooks.com and we will set up rates for you immediately.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. 1-2 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our place to yours.
Pass the Parcel is used for all New Zealand deliveries for books only. Time: 3-7 days, tracked.
Indicative* rate for books up to 3 kgs are:
Auckland (non-rural) $8
NZ wide (non-rural) $10
Rural deliveries additional $4
NZ Post is used for all New Zealand deliveries for sets with reader. Time: 3 days, tracked.
Indicative* rate for 1 product set plus books up to 3 kgs are:
Auckland (non-rural): $10
North Island excl Auckland (non-rural) $15
South Island (non-rural): $15
Rural deliveries additional $5
NZ Post is used for all International deliveries under 1kg. Time: 7-14 days, untracked.
Indicative* rates for 1-5 books up to 1 kg are:
Australia: $15-25 NZD (~$14-23 AUD)
North America: $25-45 NZD (~$15-27 USD) + additional duties/taxes/fees to be calculated and paid to us if going to the US, you can email us to check what this will be before placing your order
Europe: $25-45 NZD (~$13-23 GBP)
Optional tracking available for additional $5 NZD
DHL Express is used for all International deliveries over 1kg. Time: 5-7 days, tracked.
Indicative* rates for 2-10 books or 1 product set plus books up to 2 kgs are:
Australia: $40 NZD (~$36 AUD)
North America: $60 NZD (~$36 USD)
Europe: $70 NZD (~$34 GBP)
* Rates subject to change. See checkout for latest rates. For International deliveries, if there are any import duties/taxes, etc they are to be paid by customer.
